You must have a Tournament License to create and host a tournament. These licenses can be purchased with poke from the license shop. Tournaments may or may not be restricted to enter based on rank, cost of poke, or any other means approved by a leader. Also, the person hosting the tournament can apply any such rules they wish as long as they are approved by a leader. Tournaments do not cost any poke to host, however, if there is a poke prize for the people who place in the tournament, the tournament host will have to use their poke as the prize money.
